The Client Experience Team is a driving force at Thrive, managing client relationships, growing accounts strategically, and uniting cross functional teams. They have an expertise running projects at scale. They are able to act both independently and as strong team contributors; they are able to handle the ever-increasing volume and complexity of work. They accomplish this by their ability to anticipate every move, and act with utmost tact and diplomacy. As a Client Experience Manager, you ll have the opportunity to significantly impact the way employees live and work and around the world. _______________ Who We Are Looking For A strong, tactful communicator, able to speak and write with passion, fluency and brevity Someone who's an expert in a client-facing role, and energized to manage and grow enterprise accounts Someone who is highly organized and is comfortable executing on multiple projects across various industries Someone who is a creative problem solver who is excited to exceed client expectations Someone with a proven track record of taking initiative, finding solutions and driving improvements to a business process Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is flexible and has high energy to get work done An entrepreneur who embraces tremendous goals and works hard to achieve them A life-long learner with interest in topics such as well-being, productivity, neuroscience, psychology, performance _______________ How You ll Contribute Work closely with the sales and client experience team to deliver timely proposals with the highest level of client satisfaction Cultivate and track the full execution of Thrive Global solutions from time of sale through implementation and ongoing partner support Troubleshoot client requests and questions Maintain overall project details and drive the coordination of activities and deliverables among all internal Thrive Global teams domestically and globally Must Haves BA/BS degree or relevant work experience Experience managing complex annual contracts and high-level accounts Excellent project management, communication and client-management skills Experience using Salesforce, G-Suite and Asana preferred _______________ Our Mission Thrive Global s mission is to end the stress and burnout epidemic by offering companies and individuals sustainable, science-based solutions to enhance well-being, performance, and purpose, and create a healthier relationship with technology.
