This position will work closely with assigned appliance retailers to execute local promotional activities and take the lead role in the execution of national promotional plans. Additionally, this position will monitor monthly objectives and analyze sales results. They will work closely with the Territory Sales Manager and Distributor Management team to develop actions to strengthen Dealer results. They will also work to ensure that all displays are current, that they meet brand standards and work to quickly expedite product transitions.
Additional responsibilities are as follows:
* Support and maintain all propping needs with our dealers display format. * Hold regular in-dealership sales meetings and training sessions on new models, technology, programs, and marketing activities. * Function as a local subject matter expert regarding Subzero, Wolf, Cove and ASKO products. * Ensure timely execution of agreed to action items established in dealers yearly Business Plan. * Provide event support and ensure proper brand exposure and positioning. * Deliver customer support along with problem resolution as needed. * Offer a high level of communication and clarity between the retailer and distributor. * Ensure ordering processes are accurate and timely. * Support Retailers on corrective actions as needed.
* Bachelors Degree in business or related field * 1-5 years of experience in an Account Management role while consistently meeting or exceeding targets * Demonstrated leadership ability to productively manager business relationships * 1-5 years of Public Speaking/Training experience
