PineBridge Investments is seeking a Vice President of Leveraged Loans Operations in New York City location. This person will report to our MD, Head or Leveraged Loan Operations and Risk Management.. The successful candidate's responsibilities will include the following:. Commensurate with the level of experiences and expertise, take a major or lead role in Leveraged Loan Operations group located in New York, which includes support for all separate account portfolios and funds.. Prepare and review the group's work in all end-to-end related operational support including but not limited to: client reporting, reconciliation, performance, operational development and client onboarding. Oversight of all vendor procured services, supported by agreed KPI's, contractual terms and industry best practices. Lead system development efforts and ensure data quality in the systems. Proactively monitor and ensure the team has in place the necessary controls and procedures to support an efficient investment process, including support for activity related to new accounts.. Maintain a balanced and healthy workload for the team and ensure quick turnaround to inquiries. Develop and maintain open, active and robust partnerships with key internal stakeholders, our clients, custodians and agent banks. Work closely with portfolio managers, sales, client relations and other internal groups to support their operational and analytical needs.. Qualifications are the following:. Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent work/training a must. 7 years plus experience in Leveraged Loans/CLOs with experience managing a team desired. Expertise of Loan administration and reporting system (Wall Street Office, SentryPM, CDO Suite, etc.). Expertise of loan restructures/amendments and resulting instruments (Bonds, Warrants, Equity, etc.). Knowledge of the oversight of the Third Party service providers. Highly motivated, team player, self-starter. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and Management across the organization. Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand business functions and processes. Ability to be flexible, meet tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work, while executing with speed and efficiency. Exceptional written and verbal communication, collaboration and negotiation skills. Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, Query based reporting and data visualizations tools.
