The Associate Director of Research & Insights will primarily support the sales organization, providing actionable insights to optimize and favorably position our company, brands and products in the marketplace. They will also work closely with Conde Nast's in-house creative agency to deliver insights to drive best-in-class creative work.. Primary Responsibilities:. Keep up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers' views and attitudes. Act as the voice of the customer by bringing data into creative strategy and activation development, working closely with in-house internal account strategy and creative teams. Develop compelling insights around target, category, brand, culture, etc.. Work with C-level executives to provide insight into the media state-of-the market. Collaborate with thought leadership research teams to develop roadmap of deliverables that highlights current industry/audience need states. Proactively share and present research findings both internally and externally (agencies/advertisers/conferences). Recommend resources based on overall project objectives - including primary (survey, focus groups, IDIs) and secondary research - and work with internal teams to execute. Desired Skills & Qualifications:. 5+ years experience in trends and audience insights. 2+ years custom research experience. Strong presentation skills. Passionate about insights and data.
